The Cellar was a truly exceptional experience. I took my wife there for a special evening and I can't imagine it going any better. The staff was attentive but aware of when to come and go. Food was timed perfectly as we ordered several small plates and drinks. While we skipped the wine, the martinis we're superb. Even better, our allergy needs were accommodated very well. The mix of the vegan cheese board to get dairy free cheese and local meat board made for a great combination.

Who knew Corning had such a wonderful street for restaurants? Lots of great choices and The Cellar is one of them! Huge wine and spirit list. Nice dining menu and our meal was prepared nicely. Book reservations in advanced we walked in on a rainy Friday at 6pm and it was booked solid but we ate at the bar and enjoyed the 2 bartenders’ service.

Service was great! Emmit was an excellent server and really made us feel welcome. Food on the whole was delicious. I wasn't a huge fan of the smoked fish chowder but my lamb gnocchi was glorious and melted in my mouth. Then the honey, rosemary icecream was so layered and decadent. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice night out.

They have a large selection of wine, herbal teas. They have french press coffee. The main curses each have a vegan implementation. I had Merlot, strawberry tea, salad and soup, and it was all perfect. I think we were there for about 2 hours. The chicken was on the sweet side. Shrimp was good.

This place was great. Food was excellent, and service was incredible (unfortunately forgot out servers name ..started with an A I think). I had the kobe steak which was cooked perfectly. My wife had the chicken and waffles, which she loved.
