We made a reservation a week in advance to make sure we could enjoy a night out. The food was put together very elegantly. I myself have never had lamb so I tried the ¹/² rack of lamb. The meat melted in your mouth cooked to perfection. If you thought steak is great, it's not even comparable to this flavor. The sides, the sauce, the drinks it all went together for taste perfection. Great service and fast. We had to rush out se we couldn't stay for desert. We will be returning so we can enjoy another first.

Simply put: Great atmosphere, amazing food. Experience: At first me and my grandparents were reluctant to go up to the second floor seating area, but once we did, it was worth it. We had a great view of the streets below, and had great food and good service. My Grandma really liked the wine. Appetizers: I shared the mussel appetizer with my Grandpa, they were cooked well, and the olive bread was good as well. My grandma got the hot and sour meatballs, they were pretty good as well. Main Course: I got the beef tip ravioli, good ravioli, the cheese inside was a bit sweet, and the beef tip and Brussels sprouts complemented it well. The horseradish sauce (in the middle) was amazing and tied it all together. My Grandpa got roasted duck, and my Grandma got the pecan crusted honey glazed pork tenderloin. Dessert: First time I've ever had Creme brulee. Very good, the top layer is almost like a crust, tastes like a caramelized marshmallow, and the inside is like whipped creme. Deadly sweet but delicious. Additional Notes: All the dishes were plated nicely and tasted great. It was a lovely experience, and although it was a bit pricey, I think it was worth it because it's a lot better value than any food you would get at a Fancy chain restaurant like Red Lobster. One of the highlights of my trip in Corning.

We were there yesterday for an early dinner. We were sat on the second floor overlooking Market street. Very nice. I went with the fresh oysters once the Server indicated that they sold out the previous day. They were excellent. My wife went with the beef filet. It was 2 inches thick and done a perfect medium. The fish soup was in a light red broth. Very good. The salad of baby greens also excellent. Martinis were done properly. This is a good place.

Wonderful food. One of my all-time restaurants. Imaginative, perfectly prepared and served, from starters, to salads, to entrees, to coffee and dessert. An extensive wine and beer list for optimal pairings. My wife and I traveled from the New York City area to see the Glass Museum. Truth be told, we would travel to Corning again just for the food at Three Birds.

We were staying in Sayer on our way to Lake Seneca to pick up our wine club. Open table is always consistent in their recommendations! We loved our dinner and wine! Delicious salad too! Our waitress was great also, sorry I don’t remember her name.
