Stopped in this morning needing a few items to finish some work. The Gentleman that helped me was very nice, attentive, and Quick. He helped me find what I needed and had me checked out in under 7 minutes. Everytime I stop by it's a quick enjoyable experience.
Probably the best hardware store I have ever been in. I consider myself semi-handy and try to do most home remodeling and break/fix stuff myself. The staff is always friendly, never condescending and able to give me a push in the right direction, giving me guidance on my projects. I go to other unnamed big box stores and I can barely find anyone to help me, let alone, give me any input on what I am trying to accomplish.
