I called for an appointment but they never called me back. I ended up calling a guy in Tyrone, ny who I found on the internet. He explained to me how to fix my thermostat on my own! Everything is working fine now. I don't really know if Aaron's is good or bad except that they aren't good at getting back to you!
Aaron was nothing but professional when he came and gave us a quote. We chose him and his team to install our new boiler. They were timely and did a thorough job. Ike and Dale were great! I would highly recommend Aaron and his team.
My AC condenser was causing a leak in my basement for second time - first time I used another company (a year earlier) to supposedly fix the leak but they didn’t actually fix it but just charged me for more coolant at a super expensive price ($~800). After a less than positive experience last year with that other company (Halco), I decided to call Aaron’s. The owner, Aaron, came out and I discussed with him the pros/cons of fixing it again or replace the condenser. Aaron was extremely professional, trustworthy and honest, unlike the man who previously came out from the other company and did not act very trustworthy. I ended up purchasing a new condenser through them and they installed it and has been working well since. Today I experienced a problem with my system and Aaron’s came out the same day to ensure it was not a problem they had caused from the new ac condenser. It turned out to be a flown fuse from a recent power outage. I would recommend this company to everyone I know who is looking for a trustworthy company as there are a lot of scammers out there to rip you off. I will definitely use them again!
