The girls in here are always very friendly. Since opening after covid, they are wearing masks, which i appreciate, and they are no less friendly than ever. I really liked my haircut too. Came in with a photo that was someone with much thicker hair than I have, and while it obviously doesn't look quite the same, it looks really good, and suits my hair thickness. Really nice job!
I brought my 5 year old daughter in today to get her first actual haircut. She was SO excited to get a bob, as was I. The haircut ended up being the most horrific haircut I think I’ve ever seen. And I feel terrible even saying that, but it’s SO choppy and uneven. I wanted to cry looking at it, but I did NOT want my 5 year old to feel self conscious or upset, so I did not make a scene. Plus, It was still wet when we left the salon so it wasn’t as noticeablely bad..... But when it dried you could see all the error plain as day, almost looks like there’s an entire chunk cut off the back. I’m just extremely disappointed. I considered taking her somewhere else and having them try to fix it, but the layers are SO short, there’s really nothing to save it at this point. I need to let it grow out a little then take her elsewhere to get it done properly.
They were extremely rude to the kids. We have 2 boys with sensory issues and they kept yelling at them, being very rude. And I showed them a picture of what we wanted for the 2 boys and they didnt do it anything like the picture. They buzzed their hair. I told them only 3 inches and looks like they took 5 inches off
